Our Nylon 66 manufacturing operations represents our first and largest production line in our commercial history. Beginning operations in 2019, our nylon line manufactures polyamide copolymer nylon 66 and related chemical intermediates for conversion into yarn and textile applications. In 2022, our peak year for nylon production, nylon sales accounted for 90% of our total annual revenue.
We operate with safety and product quality in mind ensuring our customers receive high quality intermediates to manufacture quality clothing. The chemical materials produced through our nylon operations helps enable the production of everyday consumer favorites, including leggings, swimwear, activewear, and hosiery.

During COVID-19, between 2020 and 2021, we expanded the role of our chlorine operations to help address urgent disinfectant demand. Our unique position as a primarily online retailer allowed us to remain unaffected by store closures when a time when travel was restricted.
This strategic position allowed us to become one of the top 10 largest bleach retailers on Amazon by product volume sold between the years of 2020 and 2024.
Through the production and commercialization of chlorine bleach and trichlor products, we supported essential customers across Canada, The United States and Mexico at a time when chlorine products were experiencing shortages. The effort reflects our commitment to responsive manufacturing, and support for critical public health needs.

Our manufacturing processes are operated by a strategic partnership between robots and machines to operate valves, transfer chemicals, and perform tests. This leaves the overall process being highly streamlined and cost effective.
Our implementation of robotic production lines allows us to achieve high quality control standards as machines in a production line will not get tired or fluctuate in output quality reducing the amount of quality control anomalies identified.
We own and operate all of our manufacturing machinery, including cogeneration facilities which enable reliable, low cost internalised utility production.
